Ok Orion's a joke compared to those.  I'd love to have replied to the previous thread here http://vacationcentric.com/forum/index.php/topic,7.0.html but despite it not being locked there seems to be no reply option.

From personal experience I'd say either Lufthansa or Cathay Pacific for the win.  KLM's seating is so crowded in comparison to either and really doesn't aim for the same class and comfort as Lufthansa or Cathay Pacific.  Beats RyanAir of course!
